Job Title: NFT / Digital Art Curator (1 Position)About the JobWe are seeking a thoughtful and creative NFT / Digital Art Curator to join our team. In this role, you will design and lead curated digital art programs and NFT drops that connect artists with collectors, platforms, and communities. The ideal candidate blends an eye for contemporary digital art with practical Web3 know-how—able to shape editorial vision, manage artist relationships, and coordinate the technical and commercial details of launches. This role offers the chance to influence the cultural direction of our digital collections and bring high-quality, meaningful work to market.ResponsibilitiesCuration & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and commission digital artists and projects; select works for drops, exhibitions, and collections based on artistic merit and strategic fit.Collection Strategy: Define collection themes, narratives, and release cadence; craft editorial positioning and value propositions for each drop.Artist Relations: Build and manage relationships with artists, agents, and collaborators; negotiate terms, licensing, and royalties.Drop Execution: Coordinate end-to-end launch operations—metadata, minting strategy, pricing, whitelist mechanics, and marketplace listing.Community & Marketing: Work with community managers and marketing to design pre-launch campaigns, AMAs, social content, and NFT collector engagement programs.Exhibitions & Events: Plan and produce virtual and physical exhibitions, panel discussions, and artist talks in collaboration with partners.Metadata & Provenance: Ensure accurate metadata, IPFS/Arweave storage, on-chain provenance, and clear documentation of ownership and licensing.Analytics & Insights: Monitor sales, secondary market activity, and community feedback; use data to refine curation and commercial strategy.Compliance & Best Practices: Advise on legal/ethical considerations (IP rights, artist consent, royalties), and follow platform/marketplace requirements.Documentation: Maintain records of artist agreements, collection archives, and post-launch performance reports.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in curation, gallery/program management, artist relations, or a related role; demonstrable experience with NFTs or digital art strongly preferred.Web3 Familiarity: Practical knowledge of NFT standards (ERC-721/1155), minting processes, marketplaces (OpenSea, Magic Eden, etc.), and decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave).Creative Judgment: Strong visual sensibility and the ability to articulate curatorial rationale and thematic narratives.Project Management: Proven track record delivering launches or exhibitions on schedule; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for artist outreach, partner coordination, and community-facing content.Commercial Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, secondary market dynamics, and how curation drives long-term collector value.Community Orientation: Experience engaging creative communities (Discord, Twitter/X) and running audience-facing programs.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to metadata, legal terms, and technical minting requirements.Portfolio: Strong portfolio of curated projects, organized drops, exhibitions, or artist programs—links to previous work or case studies required.If you are passionate about digital art and excited to shape meaningful NFT experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
