To assist the Estates Sector Manager to provide progressive maintenance management to the Estate, including the planned maintenance of all building fabric, building and engineering services, grounds and gardens and the procurement and maintenance of associated equipment and minor works projects as assigned by the Area Manager Hard FM;Ensure resources of the Directly Employed Labour Organisation supplemented as appropriate by measured term and specialist contractors are effectively applied within Estates revenue and non-recurring budgets;Management of facilities contractors delivering services;Ensure that the Department complies with all statutory and service requirements within available resources;Delivery of a compliant estate maintenance services andDevelop partnerships with appropriate managers, internal and external to the NHS to ensure comprehensive and integrated Estates Management Services within each Hospital complex.
