We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our professional recruitment service based at Gartnavel Royal Hospital.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on leading people, improving services, and driving operational excellence. What You'll DoAs Recruitment Team Lead, you will: Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals delivering a responsive, high-quality recruitment service across NHSGGC. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. Work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with workforce needs and priorities. Lead and support complex recruitment projects, including high-volume and specialist campaigns.

Champion continuous improvement, performance monitoring, and compliance with NHS Scotland and NHSGGC recruitment standards. Promote the use of innovative recruitment methods, including social media and digital platforms, to attract diverse talent locally, nationally, and internationally. What You'll BringProven experience in managing or leading recruitment operations, preferably within a large, complex organisation. A strong understanding of recruitment best practice, legislation, and NHS Scotland processes (or similar). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, solution-focused approach with a track record of delivering results.
