We can offer a standard GP post or for those in, or approaching, their first year post-CCT we offer a fellowship. A fellowship supports your post-CCT development in addition to adding a specialist interest something we encourage for all our team. We are a well-established training Practice for GPs, PAs, Pharmacists, Nurses and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. We encourage newly qualified GPs to undertake a 2 year Fellowship. We are also part of a fully supportive & collaborative Primary Care Network. About UsOur Staff are awesome. There is strong managerial support and a very supportive peer group in place; twice daily reflection and learning opportunities, regular staff meetings and Partners who will encourage you. We have sausage roll Tuesdays, a Triathlon Team and great parties in the summer (when there are no pandemics).
