Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations. Manage import and export logistics, including freight forwarding and customs clearance processes. Maintain accurate records of shipments, logistics documentation, and inventory levels. Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Identify logistics and supply chain optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Actively engage in sales activities to acquire new clients and promote logistics services. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales leads to achieve revenue targets. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving logistics-related issues promptly. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics coordination and operations, with knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and industry standards.
