We are seeking two skilled Korean-speaking Business Analysts with experience in the banking domain to join a high-mpact project involving client workshops and implementation planning. This role is based in Singapore and requires some travel to Seoul for key project phases, workshops, client meetingsKey Responsibilities: Work closely with client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Participate in workshops and meetings with banking clientsSupport platform implementation and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and solution architects. Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in business analysisProven experience in banking-related projectsGood understanding of banking operations or productsProficient in Korean (spoken and written) – business level proficiency highly preferred as this will be liaising with Korean-speaking clients in SeoulExperience with implementation of platforms supporting Trade Finance, Payments, Loans, and Current & Savings accounts a plusThis is a contract role based in Singapore.
