DevOps EngineerAre you an experienced DevOps engineer with experience of bringing applications that are already developed into production? Do you have strong CI / CD skills and experience within a large financial services organisation? Most important are you able to start a new DevOps Engineer job immediately? If so this could be the perfect next DevOps Engineer job for you. You will be joining the Chief Data Office of a large bank based in Zurich.
The team are currently working on the development and implementation of a microservices JAVA application that is used to synchronise the bank's data catalogue with a data modelling tool. As the DevOps engineer in the team you will be creating the deployment pipelines, preparing releases and helping them with some automated testing or Unit Testing tasks. The environment is on prem, as such Cloud skills are not required - you are required to have strong skills in Kubernetes and application hosting, ideally with Git.
This role is incredibly urgent and as such, you will need to be able to start the job ASAP. Candidates with long notice periods will not be considered unfortunately and given the role is in Switzerland, only EU citizens can be considered.
