Draftsperson – Residential Projects (12-Month Contract)Location: Stirling, SA (approx. 15 km from Adelaide CBD)We are seeking a skilled and motivated Draftsperson to join our team in delivering high-quality documentation for residential projects. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for permanency, based in our purpose-built and designed studio in Stirling. Please note: Prior experience with residential projects and/or volume builders is a mandatory requirement for this role. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
About the roleYou will be responsible for drafting and technical documentation for residential projects, with a focus on work for a major volume builder. You’ll collaborate closely with senior staff to maintain our high documentation standards. You must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential drafting for volume builders and/or residential projects (essential)Proficient in RevitStrong understanding of residential documentation processesSolid construction knowledge and familiarity with NCC/BCAUnderstanding of the current Planning and Design CodeExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team settingMinimum Certificate IV in Building Design and Drafting (or equivalent)This position is open to Designers, Drafters, and Technicians.
