Join us and be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation in hospitalityJob DescriptionThe Night Auditor works at the front desk of a hotel during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. Some of their typical duties include:Balancing the accounts from day shiftManaging front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outsEnsuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preferenceHandling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordinglyCreating invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractorsManaging and updating all official documentation pertaining to the roleEnsuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departmentsAnswering calls and queries related to potential bookingQualificationsStrong customer service skillsKnowledge of safety and security proceduresAdvanced math and bookkeeping skillsAbility to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing and billingAttention to detail and organizational skillsTime management and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to solve problems and diffuse tense situationAdditional InformationQualifications & Additional InformationTamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only. Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience. Basic English skills are a must. Strong passion for the Hospitality Field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers. Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
