Night Auditor

Belmond Romazzino, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Night Auditor to join our team for the 2026 season. We are looking for someone who demonstrates care, confidence, curiosity, and a commitment to community, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, managing all Front Office tasks, and handling accounting procedures while maintaining the highest levels of service. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to exceed guest expectations.Oversee all Front Office operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, guest escorting, cashier operations, and general guest care, in line with Belmond's policies and proceduresPerform daily closure of operations, including cashier checks for all hotel outlets, reviewing accounting reports, posting control, and providing data for local government institutionsAssist guests with any requests they may have during the nightEffectively manage emergencies, following the correct procedures and ensuring guest safety at all timesCommunicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and non-verbally), positively impacting your role, the business, and Belmond's service cultureUse non-verbal communication to enhance understanding and actively demonstrate sensitivity to guests' and colleagues' needs and emotions.
