Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at Namia River Retreat. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoi An. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing nightly reconciliation of the resort's accounts, managing front desk operations during evening shifts, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. The role includes providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries or needs overnight. Qualifications Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling ReservationsProficiency in English; additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with hotel management systems or software is beneficialTo be trained all related job skills
