We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Night Concierge / Night Auditor to join our central operations team at our Moka office.Your RoleYou will be the key point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring seamless guest service continuity, meticulous financial and administrative controls, and structured reporting. You will support our Villa Hosts remotely and prepare the morning team for a flawless handover.This is not a hotel lobby role – but a high-responsibility back-office position designed for a night owl with a strong admin, finance, and guest service mindset, adaptable to a decentralised villa operation model.Key ResponsibilitiesNight Audit & Financial OversightReview and verify all guest payments of the dayManage and update the guest extras dashboard: receipts, invoices, pending itemsUpdate the payment masterfile and weekly reporting sheetsIssue tourist tax invoices prior to arrivalAssist with staff and supplier payments and follow-upsReconcile villa checklists, deposits, and manage cash flow if applicablePrepare owners' payout summariesGuest Admin & CommunicationRespond to guest messages professionally (WhatsApp, Avantio, email)Tag and update Villa Hosts in all relevant guest communicationsPrepare Guest Folders: welcome letters, menus, itineraries, terms, villa checklistSend check-in and check-out messagesFollow up on early departures, late check-outs, and confirm house team presence for early breakfast setupsEnsure the office is tidy, welcoming, and ready for the morning shiftReporting & Operational SupportValidate and send the Daily Events Report to operationsMaintain updated Cardex files after guest departureEnsure clear classification and archiving of all guest documentsSubmit Night Shift Report with key updates: payments, issues, pending actionsYour ProfileExperience in luxury hospitality or night audit/concierge rolesExcellent command of English and French (written and verbal)High attention to detail, structure, and ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with PMS tools (Avantio a plus) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)Excellent written communication and admin/finance confidenceDiscretion, accountability, and a genuine passion for guest experienceWhy Join UsWork in the heart of luxury villa hospitalityDynamic and supportive team cultureFast-paced, highly structured, and people-first environmentUnique opportunity to shape the future of premium villa management in Mauritius
