Job DescriptionBe part of the excitement of the Accor family, with limitless career opportunities and incredible benefits.We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.What will you be doing?Managing the hotel overnight in the absence of the General ManagerComplete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where neededCollate paperwork and reports for finance and managementProvide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAssist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance proceduresAssist with food & drink service in Distrikt Cafe and help out when needed in the restaurant and bar
