PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Night Manager oversees the smooth running of hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest safety, security, and satisfaction. This role supervises night staff, manages late check-ins/check-outs, resolves guest issues, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and standards.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all hotel operations during the night, including front office, housekeeping coordination, and security.Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, handling queries, complaints, and special requests.Supervise late check-ins/check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservation systems.Conduct night audits and prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports.Monitor guest safety and security, responding promptly to emergencies and incidents.Inspect hotel facilities, public areas, and guest rooms to maintain cleanliness and standards.Support and guide night shift staff, ensuring proper service delivery and adherence to hotel policies.Communicate important updates, incidents, and reports to morning management teams.Assist in training night staff and maintaining service excellenceQUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field EXPERIENCE 4-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.SKILLSStrong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and guest service abilities.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills strongly preferred.Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
