Whether it is a late-night guest inquiry or a minor maintenance issue, you are there to provide assistance and maintain the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist guests with all enquiries and complaints, and provide accurate information to guests about the property facilities and featuresWork closely with security to keep a watchful eye on the building's security systems, contributing to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alikeAssist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking and valet servicesAssist the day team with their operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that extends throughout the entire day and nightEmbrace the distinctive night shifts at our hotel, spanning from 11pm to 7amSkills And ExperienceYou will be an independent worker who can take initiative and excel without constant supervisionYour communication style is warm and welcoming, making both guests and team members feel at easeAdaptability and physical fitness to work in both internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areas.Quick-thinking problem solver, putting the guest's needs at the forefront, and taking pride in crafting and delivering memorable guest experiencesReliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays ensures you are part of our dependable teamDrivers licence – possessing an open (manual) drivers licence is advantageousAccor BenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
