A Night Supervisor supervises night-hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.What will I be doing?As Night Supervisor, you will supervise night-hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Night Supervisor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as requiredEnsure that all Guest complaints are managed, recorded and resolved promptlySupport the Night Auditor with all Front Desk and accounting related dutiesProduce nightly reports, as requiredInform Departments of special requests, early/late departures, room changes and other Guest requestsMaintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areasAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when requiredServe your role and Team in an environmentally-conscience mannerConduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks, and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areasEnsure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and an orderly appearance overnight by guaranteeing that all corridors are neat and tidy (i.e. remove room service trays, glassware when needed).Complete other tasks as directed by hotel managementCompile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty ManagerWhat are we looking for?Night Supervisors serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
