Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking: two experienced and dynamic individuals to become a Lead Partner Rep, handling relationships with one of our key partner/strategic accounts.

These roles will serve as Nike’s primary, on the ground, business liaison based out of our Indianapolis Office & Showroom!Are you passionate about the Nike Brand, possess a strong background in sales and account management, and someone who excels in building and cultivating relationships with our key retailers and cross-functional partners? The ideal candidate will also have outstanding multitasking abilities, a high degree of organizational skills, the ability to analyze wholesale and retail business results, and a passion for developing engaging presentations!Art and Science are interconnected in this role! We're looking for a candidate with strong retail skills, an ability to present sales data into weekly, monthly and seasonal recaps and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.

In addition, this person will understand stock to sales plans and create recommended action plans as needed. On the art side, we seek talent that can display knowledge of the Nike consumer, retail marketplace trends and be able to drive compelling presentations through seasonal sell-ins. What You Will Work OnServing as the lead point of contact for the Nike Brand within your specified account base, you will handle account-facing meetings, lead day to day showroom operations and logistics, handle order entry reconciliations, driving sales growth through assigned seasonal targets and handling at-once sales opportunities.

A Typical Day/week Looks Like Accountability – Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets Relationship – Serve as Nike’s primary point of contact within designated marketplace Integration – Serve as a liaison and advocate for our account partners to our internal teams Pre-season – Build assortment and sell-in strategy, develop financial forecast for total portfolio, complete partner engagement meetings In-season – Pursue in-season at-once orders, track sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance Operational – Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, develop solutions for late or canceled orders Marketing – Help facilitate any additional brand marketing events with specific product launches Product – Sample management, showroom set up and takedown seasonally.

Who You Will Work WithYou will be working with an internal cross-functional team across Marketplace, Merchandising, Planning and Brand Marketing in addition to your account buyers, planners and leadership teams. Depending on which role you may be hired for, you will report into the Men’s Sales Director JD Sports/Finish Line Inc, OR, you will report into the Women’s & Kids Sales Director for JD Sports/Finish Line Inc. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Merchandising Planning and/or sales analytics is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
