You are both a strategic partner and a hands-on executor—balancing compliance, recruitment, development, and associate welfare with the brand’s vibrant energy and global outlook. As an advocate for employee engagement and operational excellence, you’ll help build a dynamic workplace where people thrive and deliver their best every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and uphold Nikki Beach HR policies, SOPs, and labor law complianceMaintain accurate and confidential HR records, files, and databasesLead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for local and expatriate talentManage HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, visa processes, and exit protocolsAdminister monthly payroll, ensuring precise timekeeping, deductions, and settlementsOversee compensation benchmarking, benefits tracking, and approved adjustmentsCoordinate annual reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development planningDrive staff welfare programs including wellness events, recognition moments, and birthday celebrationsSupervise staff housing, transport services, and dining operationsMonitor grooming and behavioral standards, leading coaching or disciplinary actions where necessaryEnsure timely and engaging internal communication through newsletters and staff updatesLiaise with local government agencies for labor, safety, and immigration mattersPrepare HR reports and support audit and compliance activitiesCollaborate on succession planning and internal growth initiativesSafeguard employee relations with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismRequired Qualifications And CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of HR management experience, preferably in a hospitality environmentIn-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, work permits, and expatriate visa proceduresProficiency in HR systems (HRIS), timekeeping platforms, and Microsoft OfficeFluency in English is mandatory; Thai language skills are a significant advantageStrong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive mindsetExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced settingProfessional appearance and a positive, service-oriented approachBenefits2 days off per weekService chargeDaily staff meals provided on-siteOpportunity to work with an international hospitality brand!Why Join Nikki Beach?Be part of a globally celebrated brand that blends music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film, and art into one exceptional hospitality experience.
