As the first Product Designer at Nila, your job is simple: build intuitive, elegant, and empathetic user experiences for families abroad and caregivers in India. You'll work directly with our engineers and founders to take ideas from idea to shipped, someone who can help us turn Nila into a product families love and caregivers trust. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You'll shape how our product looks and feels, define our design system, and make critical UX decisions that affect real people. You'll also play a key role in shaping our product culture from day one.
