DescriptionThe Technical delivery manager will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery of projects involving data pipelines, integrations, platform deployments, and solving customers problems鈥攅nsuring smooth execution, cross-team coordination, addressing customers & business needs and managing a team of 4 employees. In this role you鈥檒l work closely with internal teams (SE, CS, DataOps, R&D & Product) to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and Product.
ResponsibilitiesCross-Team Coordination- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, DataOps) to align technical and business needs: Collaborate with the R&D and Product teams to translate requirements and customer needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. Work closely with Customer Success Managers and the pre-sales team to address customer needs and ensure successful project delivery. Lead the DataOps team in developing and maintaining data collection pipelines. Ensure smooth operation, support, and monitoring of pipelines. Manage the full project delivery lifecycle to assure customer requirements and SLAs are met.
Process Improvement & Methodology- Develop and optimize a scalable, repeatable implementation methodology to consistently enhance customer value delivery. RequirementsExperience- 3+ years in Technical Delivery Management or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment SQL & experience with data products is a mustData & Engineering background- Previous experience in software development/ as Data engineer or Data analyst Experience with web structures and APIs. Experience with scraping / Selector / BeautifulSoup Library and Data analysis tools- is an advantageProject Management- Proven track record managing in parallel multiple projects, cross-functional initiatives, involvement and Decision making. Enterprise Experience- Exposure to working with enterprise clients and managing technical integrations.
Communication Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; customer-first mindset. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
