Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. Participate in the preparation of the Food & Beverage Department budget and goals. Achieve sales target through increasing and developing sales. Coordinate with vendors and operation team to meet guest requirements. Responsible for guest database and relationship management. Stock taking and replenishment of chinaware, glassware and silverware whenever necessary.

Conduct functions as hiring specific levels of employees, employee orientation, performance evaluation, coaching and disciplinary measures if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity. Conducts on-the-job training sessions for food and beverage outlet employees. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
