What You'll DoDrive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customersDefine project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustmentsInterpretation of business requirements to the technical team and reverse. Estimating development effortsParticipating in customer calls, providing a project update to the customerOrganizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address themHelping in onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMsRequirements4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML will be a plus)IT-background (technical understanding of web and mobile application development)Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teamsExperience in managing project in Agile and Waterfall environmentsKnowledge of business analysis and process description, incl use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawingExperience in distributed teams managementManual testing experienceAbility to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environmentAttention to detailsUpper-Intermediate level of English or higherBenefits100% remote jobAnnual paid vacation:
