They will assist customers with inquiries, schedule and manage service appointments, and provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.Responsibilities:Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and gather relevant information.Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of services.Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers.Estimate repair costs and time required for services.Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.Requirements:Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.Strong knowledge of automotive parts and services.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-120,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Our service advisors assist customers in caring for their cars by conveying the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. The service advisor must establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients.What You DoPerform service drive walk-around inspections of customer vehicles and apply proper resources to accurately identify, verify and communicate clients' service needs.
