We are now looking for a TCS Field Engineer, to join Nissan Benelux & Scandinavia. As a TCS Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and reporting technical concerns in the Nordic market. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by capturing accurate technical data, analyzing issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive resolution. You will also work closely with TCS Model Engineering, utilizing tools such as the Capture database (warranty claim early detection tool) and Breakdown call-out feeds across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Your role involves direct communication with RBU Engineers, dealer technicians, roadside assistance teams, and customers to clarify and document technical concerns. How can you contribute and have an impact?Manage and analyze early detection feeds (Capture) in the Nordic market. Prioritize and clarify technical concerns by gathering information from dealers, customers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate investigations with Nissan Nordics teams and report follow-up performance in Capture. Support on-site technical investigations of vehicles and components as needed. Produce clear, data-driven technical reports for the Model Engineering Group. What are we looking for:

Strong automotive technical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience (e. g. , RBU Flying Doctor). Proven experience in concern analysis and technical problem-solving. High level of self-motivation and ability to inspire and coordinate with others. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and align with company goals. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian; proficiency in Swedish or Danish is a plus. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
