The Role: We are seeking an experienced brand designer to develop engaging visual content and brand experiences. You will play a crucial role in our mission to empower people and businesses worldwide with simple, smart, and secure document workflows. This is a six-month contract open to independent contractors as a hybrid role.
You will work 4 days per week with 2 days required on-site in our downtown Dublin office. This role reports to the Director of Brand and Content and is ideal for versatile designers, strategic thinkers, creative storytellers, problem solvers, and excellent communicators. Brand Designer Responsibilities: Maintain Brand Compliance: Maintain brand guides and ensure consistency across all sales and marketing materials. Design Visual Content: Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual elements for a variety of mediums, including digital and print. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functionally to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Manage Design Projects: Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution to data-driven optimization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling brand narratives and visual stories that engage and captivate our audience. Feedback and Revision: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with brand goals. Big Picture Planner: Find opportunities to drive long-term improvements and impact, including repeatable templates, tailored use cases, and personalized experiences. Qualifications/Skills:
5+ years professional design experience with a comprehensive portfolioProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Microsoft 365 suiteVideo production and editing skillsCan drive brand strategy for marketing campaigns, including journey mapping, moodboards, and wireframingExperience with UI & UX, web design, event design, social design, animation design, videography, and email designExcellent communicator and collaborator who contributes to a positive team cultureAbility to generate innovative ideas and solutionsKeen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workCapable of tackling design challenges and solving problems with a strategic approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Nitro?
