At this time, the teams main objectives are to develop HR Operational processes and efficiencies fully.

The RoleResponsible for owning and developing the HR Operations service and support to the organisation. The role prioritises and directs HR Operations work across all jurisdictions.

Continuous development of HR Operations within Workday to enable the provision of leading-edge HR solutions. ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively and effectively with an international HR team to continuously improve the HR service. Ensures HR Operations is working globally. Manages the HR Operations team technically and professionally, setting priorities and expectations and tracking deliverables. Coordinates work to timely completion, leading by example. Drafts, maintains and ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures. Manages HR processes and systems via Workday at an expert system administration level. Develops the systems to be efficient and effective.

Plans and manages recruitment consistently across all jurisdictions and ensuring a great candidate experience. Manages HR elements of onboarding and induction. Manages HR Operations efficiency through reports and metrics ensuring day to day administration is consistent and effective. Develops written procedures and ensures they are followed consistently across all jurisdictions. Ensures the creation of technical HR guidance notes for the HR Operations team. Maintains KPIs on department progress against objectives. Presents results to Functional Leads. Resolves complex HR issues. Capable to coach managers in the business to Director level.

Able to collaborate at all levels and find effective company minded solutions. Works collaboratively and constructively with stakeholders to high professional standards. Works with HR Specialisms to ensure cross-departmental consistency and collaboration. Responsible for ensuring processes work across other departments. Responsible for ensuring high quality products and services. Creates Service Level Agreement’s, monitors team performance and stakeholder relationships and issues are resolved to assist the overall company. Allocates resources and ensures efficient use of resources, highlighting areas with insufficient resources or excess resources to superiors. InteractionsManagers and Directors across the Organisation, with the HR team.

With internal and external stakeholders. With customers. LeadershipLeads a dedicated team of HR Operations and generalist professionals across sites in Europe and USA. Works to ensure the HR services function globally and seamlessly. Manages Plans relating to organisational objectives. Responsible for implementing HR Department level goals and KPIs. Sets individuals goals and KPIs. Responsible for HR Department level people priorities and initiatives. Reports on progress of people initiatives. Works effectively and professionally with other departments. Advises on and monitors policy. Guides the team on organisations’ expectations. Sets an example to the team. Accountable for identifying and addressing gaps.

Reports to the HR Director. Supports HR specialists in Rewards, Systems and Engagement and Learning. QualificationsRelevant degree required. Relevant qualification an advantage. Skills And KnowledgeProficient in Workday. Skilled at developing processes. Team Management skills. Knowledge within HR Function of Management. Good communication skills, comfortable communicating to all levels and to multiple geographies. Understanding of the industry. Good documentation skills. Multi-tasking, planning and attention to detail. ExperienceMore than five years of experience working within a management role in the HR function. Demonstrated experience managing an HR operations function – ideally in the context of multiple geographical regions.

Experience of working with external partners. Experience working independently managing processes and systems. Experience of change management. Experience of complex technical projects. Customer management experience. Significant career experience within an international companyAdditional RequirementsUp to 25 % travel annually, mostly within Europe potentially globally. Fluent in English. Located in Denmark. HR systems development experience required.
