About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in scaling their teams by identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles—primarily in technical, product, and go-to-market functions.

What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization with a focus on technical, business operations, and sales positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality candidatesSource passive candidates through creative outreach strategies and tools (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, ATS, referrals, etc.
)Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a high-touch experience for every applicantMaintain and update ATS records and reportingRepresent the company at events, online, and through outreach as a talent brand ambassadorWhat You Bring: 1–2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (staffing agency or RPO experience strongly preferred)Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsExperience recruiting technical talent is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsA collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset—you’re a problem solver by naturePassion for creating an inclusive, high-quality hiring experience
