Up to £30k - Hybrid (2 days per week in Central London)We are working with a leading organization dedicated to developing careers and competencies for environmental professionals across various sectors, including government, business, academia, and charities. We are on an exciting journey to become a global leader in environmental competency and solutions, and we are seeking a Registrations Officer to join our team and help us achieve this vision. As Registrations Officer, you will play a key role in managing queries and applications related to professional registrations and specialist registers.

You will provide efficient, professional, and accurate advice while supporting the promotion, recruitment, and registration of members. Key Responsibilities: Support applicants undertaking qualifications and assessments for professional registrations, acting as the first point of contact for queries. Administer applications for non-chartered memberships and specialist registers. Manage the registration of individuals with external councils and organizations, including annual data returns. Assist with periodic license reviews, updated standards implementation, and promotional activities. Support the annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) audit of members. Provide administrative support for professional review interviews and membership committees.

Manage individual member records within the organization’s CRM system and contribute to its development. Support quality management and compliance with ISO certification requirements. Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
