MayoSalary: Up to €50,000 per annumJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for their property in Castlebar. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy for a high-end hospitality venue. Your focus will be to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, grow engagement across all channels, and ensure that the property maintains a strong presence in the local and national hospitality market.

This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and proven experience in digital and traditional marketing. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Oversee the creation of engaging content, photography, video, and promotional materials. Manage the website and ensure it is optimised for user experience and conversions. Plan and implement promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, weddings, events, and seasonal offers.

Collaborate with the sales, F&B, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on campaign ROI. Liaise with media, PR partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content creation and brand storytelling. Strong organisational and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
