How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnGain exposure to Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core Network technologies through structured learning and mentorship. Learn to monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Participate in the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of network elements across RAN and Core domains. Develop competence in RF/MW planning, CS Core, Packet Core, and IP MPBN systems.

Support routine health checks, diagnostics, and performance reporting to ensure service stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate network configurations and documentation. Engage in continuous learning through Nokia’s EDU platform, focusing on future technologies like 6G, O-RAN, and Radio Intelligence Controllers. Uphold compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and customer SLAs. Key Skills And ExperienceYou have: A recent graduate in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skillsIt would be nice if you also had:
