Job DescriptionAs a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will spearhead the successful execution of complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with our operational standards and commitment to excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating project deliverables while managing customer relationships and expectations. This role is central to our Customer Delivery Management team, where you will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to drive project success within budget, timeline, and quality constraints. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment that encourages proactive communication and continuous improvement.

Here, you will leverage your expertise to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to Nokia's business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our project outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence. How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnLead and manage customer project(s) for large, complex contracts, ensuring alignment with Nokia's operational standards and methodologies. Develop and maintain project plans, proactively addressing changes in cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ). Act as the primary customer liaison, overseeing communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform rigorous financial management, including monitoring budgets, profitability forecasts, and ensuring project delivery within financial constraints. Conduct comprehensive risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while seeking new opportunities for contract expansion. Ensure high-quality project outcomes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional team responsibilities, effectively assigning tasks and mentoring team members to achieve project goals. Facilitate project closure, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and lessons learned are documented for future reference. Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:

7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or ITStrong knowledge of project planning and risk management methodologiesProficient in managing customer relationships and stakeholder communicationsExperience with financial forecasting and budget managementIt would be nice if you also had: Advanced degree in Engineering, Business or a related fieldFamiliarity with Agile and other project management frameworksExperience in upselling and cross-selling in existing customer accountsMultilingual skills to facilitate global communicationAbout Us Come create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
