About NomecoNomeco is Denmark's leading pharmaceutical wholesaler, serving pharmacies, hospitals, and partnering strategically with the pharmaceutical industry.

Our headquarters are located in Copenhagen, where you will be at the heart of our sustainability efforts. Your role as Sustainability ManagerAs our Sustainability Manager, you will work across the organisation, supporting a comprehensive sustainability agenda that includes communications, project management, compliance with legislation, and alignment with the Corporate Phoenix group sustainability programme. Your workdays will vary a lot and you will quickly gain a wide network in Nomeco and Phoenix group’s international community for sustainability. Our Sustainability Manager refers directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Danish and EU sustainability legislation, including reporting requirements such as CSRD and the “Udvidet Producentansvar. ” Collect and disclose Nomeco’s ESG data on voluntary reporting platforms like EcoVadis, UN Global Compact, and CDP. Lead sustainability projects aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. Collaborate with Phoenix Group’s corporate sustainability department. Produce communication materials for internal and external audiences, including the annual sustainability report. Participate in customer meetings with the Account Management team to present Nomeco’s sustainability strategy. Your profile Strong communicator with proven sustainability experience.

Extroverted and curious, able to interact and communicate effectively at all professional levels. Experienced project manager with excellent analytical skills. Thrive in a large organisation with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Educational background in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, economics, business development, communication, or related fields. Understanding of integrating sustainability with commercial offerings. Strong collaboration skills across various educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences. Ability to assess and apply Danish and international sustainability legislation practically. Fluency in English is required, as it is our corporate language.
