Vision Garments Ltd is looking for Nominated QC/GPQ - Kohl's & JCPenney BuyerJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Nominated QC/GPQ for Kohl’s and JCPenney buyers, who will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining buyer requirements, and coordinating with factories and merchandising teams for smooth production and shipment.Work closely with factories to ensure buyer’s quality standards are implemented and maintained.Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections as per buyer’s AQL requirements.Ensure Kohl’s & JCPenney testing protocols, packaging, and trims approvals are properly followed.Communicate and coordinate with buyer QC teams, merchandisers, and production managers.Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit summaries, and CAP follow-up.Identify quality risks and initiate preventive actions to avoid shipment delays.Provide technical guidance to the production and quality team to meet buyer expectations.Analyze and report on quality KPIs: DHU, Rejection %, Rework %, and CAPA.Educational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering is preferred.Skills Required: Inspection, SOP, AQL, GPQ, Buyer Nominated NQC, Quality ControlAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Woven Garments Quality field.At least 3 years of experience working as Nominated GPQ for Kohl’s, JCPenney.Must be certified QC by Brand.Excellent communication in English (verbal & written).Strong knowledge of AQL inspection, testing, and buyer SOPs.Capable of handling multiple factories and tight timelines.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.Must be self-driven, proactive, and have strong follow-up ability.Job LocationDhaka (Savar)
