With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S.Position Summary: Cooper-Booth is looking for reliable Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Schedule: Monday - Friday, dispatching between 1:00 am - 5:00 amCompensation: Formula Based Pay, based on your miles, stops, and bundles delivered.What You'll DoSafely transport and deliver products to convenience stores.Unload trucks using a handcard and food service ramp.Handle a variety of totes and cases of product, with some weighing up to 50 lbs.Provide professional and courteous customer service.Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols.What We're Looking ForValid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift.Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred.A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations.Excellent customer service and communication skills.BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurances starting the first of the month following 60-days of employment.401(k) after 6 months with 2% employer match.Paid Time Off (PTO); starting at 80 hours your first year.Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and other mental health benefits are available!Ability to purchase products from the warehouse at wholesale price.
