What you'll do: Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (2-3 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIsOversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleetEnsure adherence to SOPsSupport in manpower allocation across storesAddress issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentorCrunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operationsEnsure timely and clear communication with all stakeholdersWhat you'll need:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a teamGood analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirtyCapable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortablyUnderstanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder managementAbility to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
