As a Customer Success Manager (Active Sales), you’ll bridge the gap between customer success and sales. You’ll proactively engage with our active customers, using targeted questions to deeply understand their organization, product usage, and desired outcomes. Through meaningful conversations and data-driven insights, you’ll identify opportunities for upselling, upgrading, and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a strategic role where you’ll collaborate closely with our Account Management team, laying the groundwork for future growth opportunities.

Main ResponsibilitiesProactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to explore their goals and challengesOpportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and organizational goals to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunitiesTargeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customers’ current and desired outcomes, aligning them with our solutionsCollaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planningData-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trendsProcess Optimization:

Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impactCore RequirementsProven experience in sales roles or account expansionFluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large customer data setsProficiency with Salesforce and sales tools for outreach and trackingAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsGoal-oriented with a passion for delivering value and driving growthExperience with active sales workflowsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and workflowsBonus points for experience in cold callingSalary RangeGross Salary 1600- 2500 EUR/Month.
