The Brand Communications team shapes Nord Security’s brand voice and image, building trust and recognition across internal and external channels. Our team produces various content (web and graphic design, video material, social media content, etc. ), working with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization.

Our main focus is to grow and strengthen our brand, contributing to our position as a global cybersecurity powerhouse. Main ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, storyboard, and design high-quality motion graphics videos and animations based on creative briefsCreate compelling motion graphics and engaging animated content for multiple digital platforms and channelsCollaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams in brainstorming sessions to ensure creative concepts align with project goalsAdapt and optimize animations and videos for various formats and platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.

)Ensure all motion graphics are consistent with the brand identity and adhere to project timelinesStay current with industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to elevate creative strategies constantlyCore Requirements2+ years of experience in professional motion designStrong portfolio (or showreel) with relevant examples of motion graphic designHighly skilled in animation software (Adobe After Effects)Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain open communicationStrong creative decision-making skills, sense of aesthetics, and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and style guidelines, identify and solve problemsExperience in character animation and/or 3D animation would be a bonusExperience in video editing would be an advantageFluency in written and verbal English.
