Currently, we are looking for an Office Assistant for our team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role is a 60% part-time position and is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The proposed salary is 13 800 SEK a month. Your daily responsibilities:
Welcoming new employees and visitors to the office and showing them aroundKeeping onboarding checklists up to date and ensuring tasks are completed on time Assisting with basic office supportHelping to plan and organize office events (e. g. office parties, team meetings) Coordinating logistics and catering for office events, with support from the team Assisting in managing recognition awards and internal community budgets Taking care of the office environment (e. g. reporting issues, arranging minor repairs) Supporting health and safety routines and keeping documentation up to dateYour key skills:
Some previous experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role (including internships or part-time roles)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take initiativeFluent communication skills in English and SwedishWe encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
