Job ID:  30118 We are looking for a Head of Technology Finance Management who has an experience in Finance Business Partner role with a robust understanding of Technology. You will lead and support the finance and performance management agenda of Group Technology, participate in setting the strategic direction to meet financial and business targets and facilitate planning, identification of cost drivers and impacts to business stakeholders. About Our TeamAs part of Group Finance, the Tech Financial Partnering team is the trusted advisor and strategic finance partner to Group Technology and its stakeholders at Nordea.

You will join a team of dedicated and experienced Finance Partners with a global footprint across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Poland. You will be leading a team of 6 to 7 people whose roles span across strategy, program Financial management, allocations and reporting. Develop and maintain robust model for Technology cost transparency & drivers, and their impact on Business stakeholders Partner with Group Technology & Group Finance during Target setting process, target distribution modelling, planning and forecasting Liaison with Business Areas to understand requirements and partner to support with valuable insights to drive results Strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, capex and opex Business Case and Project Management Support identification of areas to meet Technology cost target plans Ensure monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc cost control, providing meaningful insights and comments including mitigation actions Mentoring and management of team performance and development Who You AreThis is the right role for you if you enjoy working with a global team, in an evolving/dynamic environment while being comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to get things done, with focus on solutions and deliverablesYour background and skills include:

At least 10-12 years of experience as Finance Business Partner, with focus on Technology Experience with Technology Charging Models and Transfer Pricing principles Planning, forecasting, P/L and Balance Sheet management for Group Functions Experience with leading and managing a diverse team Education in Finance and Accounting is a plus Working knowledge of common financial systems, cost center and consolidation standards, MS office tools As the Leader you are expected to and have a crucial role in:
