Position OverviewThe Multi-skilled Team Member contributes to the daily smooth running of the hotel by carrying out light technical maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of all common areas. This role helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for guests and supports other departments (reception, housekeeping, F&B) as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform minor maintenance tasks: small plumbing, electrical, and furniture repairsAssist in the upkeep of basic technical installations (light bulbs, AC units, taps, etc. )Clean and maintain all common areas:
reception, hallways, staircases, elevators, terraces, and pool areaEnsure the breakfast room and gym are clean and well-presentedProvide logistical support for events, deliveries, and room/furniture setupReport technical issues and assist with follow-up on repairs with external providersUphold safety and hygiene standards and contribute to the positive image of the propertyIdeal ProfileMinimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role (hotel, maintenance, or housekeeping)Versatile: comfortable with both minor repairs and cleaning tasksService-oriented, autonomous, and proactiveReliable, discreet, and well-presentedTeam player with flexible availability (including weekends and variable shifts)English language skills are a plusJob OfferContract:
