Job Description

Job DescriptionThe receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests. As such, we are looking for someone warm, welcoming, attentive, and well-informed. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings and requests, as well as administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be reliable, autonomous, and dedicated to ensuring flawless guest satisfaction at all times.

Main ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests with care and professionalismManage reservations, arrivals, and departuresRespond to guest requests and resolve any issuesHandle internal and external communications (emails, phone calls)Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality experienceKeep room availability and operational information up to dateManage concierge services and organize exclusive experiences for guestsProfile SoughtMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitalityProficient in hotel management software (PMS)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving abilities with a high attention to detailFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Flexible schedule and ability to coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, breakfast, bar, management)Discretion, versatility, and initiativeJob OfferContract:

Seasonal, with potential for a permanent position (CDI)Experience required: Minimum 2 years (preferred)Desired Start Date: 01/10/2025
