As we expand and scale our reach to meet the increasing demand, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to be the driving force of our commercial engine. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and lead a clear, scalable B2B sales strategy that reflects our core values of agility and transparency. Define and execute ambitious sales targets and planning in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to align commercial goals with our product and market vision. Ensure consistent and compelling positioning of Nordic Charge’s full-service offering across all channels. Building the Dream TeamTake full ownership of building Nordic Charge’s sales organization from scratch. Define key roles, recruit top-tier talent, and create the structure needed to scale effectively. Establish a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture from day one. Be a hands-on leader, personally driving early strategic deals while mentoring your growing team. Customer Acquisition & Market ExpansionIdentify and penetrate key B2B customer segments. Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with key clients.
Design and implement market-specific strategies for expansion into new markets. Leverage and grow our channel partner model to scale our reach. Pipeline Management & ForecastingOwn and manage the entire sales pipeline with full transparency. Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting plans based on data and customer feedback to optimize performance. Work closely with marketing to refine funnel strategies, improve lead conversion, and ensure a unified commercial effort. Cross-Functional Leadership & Industry PresenceServe as the voice of the customer internally, sharing real-time market insights that inform our product roadmap and operational delivery. Lead high-value negotiations with a focus on creating fair, long-term partnerships.
Represent Nordic Charge as a key ambassador at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities, embodying our mission and values. The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a builder who is passionate about technology and sustainability. Proven Sales Leader: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, energy, greentech, or mobility. You have proven experience building or significantly scaling a commercial team. Industry Expert: You have deep knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem. You know the players, technologies, business models, and dynamics shaping this rapidly evolving industry.
