This role is pivotal in evolving our service model, enhancing efficiency, and delivering value across all Nordic markets. This position requires some travel, as our customer service operations are based in Poland.What You’ll Do: Lead transformation across systems, processes, and partner operationsLead a team of 8 experienced Customer Success professionalsManage and develop large vendor partnerships with a focus on performance, scalability, and innovationOwn CS KPIs, budget, and strategic outcomes across Nordic marketsDrive data-led decision making and continuous improvementChampion the use of technology to elevate customer experience and operational efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally to grow CS as a sales channel, reduce churn, complaints, and friction points Integrate service-led sales strategies into the customer journeyShape our contact strategy, channel mix, and automation roadmapEnsure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworksWho You Are:CompetitiveExperienced leader with strong commercial insight and strategic drive.A change agent with a proven track record in leading transformation and innovationExperienced in managing complex partner ecosystems and outsourced operationsTech-savvy and passionate about leveraging digital tools to drive impactA confident communicator who can influence across all levels of the organizationCurious, future-focused, and inspired by best practices across industriesWhy Join Us?
