About The JobIn this role you will make a substantial contribution to the impact of the marketing by creating, editing, and optimizing high-quality written content for external channels. It involves producing engaging, search-optimized materials at scale, to inform and educate audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities include enforcing style guidelines, supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to editorial planning to ensure the delivery of impactful and effective content. The ideal candidate will have some experience from a similar role, exceptional written English skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Key responsibilities The Content Specialist is responsible for:

Consistently delivering impactful, effective written content, with clear stylish and powerful copy for Nordic’s external-facing channelsContent optimization, including ensuring all content is search-friendly and optimizedEnforce style and consistency of tone by synthesizing content from diverse creators into a single Nordic voice, via impactful editingProject support - Support the effective development and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects via participation in selected projectsWork with stakeholders including senior management to ensure optimal content qualityContribute to editorial planningKey Qualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree within a relevant field3+ years experience in a similar roleExceptional native English writing and editing skillsDemonstrated experience leveraging modern tools for content creation, review and editingWell-developed editing, proof-reading and content optimisation skillsAbility to develop and apply consistent style and tone across diverse pieces of writingAccuracy, speed and attention to detailStakeholder management skills towards multiple levels and disciplines within an organisationWorking for Nordic Working at Nordic, you will be inspired and supported to develop yourself.
