You will ensure the efficient execution of customer projects involving HI-FOG high-pressure water mist systems in accordance with applicable standards, quality, and safety requirements. You will lead the development of project managers, project engineers, designers, and subcontractors to secure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key Responsiblities Oversee daily operations and coordinate with various functions to ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects. Management and development of the project management and design teams located in Finland and Sweden. Resource planning and capacity management across ongoing and upcoming projects. Management of subcontractor relationships, including qualification, performance follow-up, and development. Project portfolio management, including supporting project managers in forecasting, reporting, and cost control of project execution activities. Continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and tools in alignment with Marioff group standards. Coordination with Sales, Engineering, and Service departments to ensure smooth project handovers and execution. Promotion of a safe working culture and compliance with all relevant standards and internal procedures. Main Tasks Develop and maintain a structured subcontractor network for installation works in Sweden and Finland, and prepare and manage installation contracts with subcontractors. Manage and support project managers and design engineers in day-to-day operations. Organize weekly and monthly team meetings where resource allocation, project kick-off, project closing, workshops, trainings and safety briefings are managed. Monitor project budgets and forecasts. Support Marioff group-wide initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and documentation requirements. Conduct employee performance reviews and support professional development. Review and approve time reporting and project data in internal systems. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need At least 3-5 years of related experience & proven leadership background in project management and/or operations roles. Fluent English & Swedish language knowledge (written and spoken), excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or another related field. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Organized, proactive, quality-oriented working style, strong coordination abilities. Solid understanding of project execution and design processes in industrial or construction environments. Commercial understanding and ability to manage project profitability. High level of customer orientation and problem-solving ability. Experience managing subcontractors and external partners. Willingness to travel within Finland, Sweden, and occasionally elsewhere in Europe.
