Here's your opportunity!In briefWe are now looking to grow our Credit team in Stockholm with a Junior Credit Risk Analyst. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience in credit analysis and modelling, data exploration and regulatory reporting. The role offers the opportunity to learn the ropes of credit risk management while supporting and contributing to the enhancement of Nordnet’s offering in the margin lending and mortgage space.

About The RoleAs a Junior Credit Risk Analyst, you will support the credit team in analyzing credit portfolios, assisting with reporting and documentation, and helping to improve data processes and tools. You’ll gradually grow your understanding of regulatory requirements, IFRS9 modeling, and risk monitoring techniques.

You WillAssist in credit portfolio analysisAssist in both internal and external reportingSupport the development of dashboards and automation of reportingSupport the development and refinement of a wide range of models including credit application models and IFRS 9 modelsHelp improve data structure and availability in collaboration with engineers and analysts across NordnetYou’ll collaborate with stakeholders across credit, product, tech, and analytics, contributing to both operational improvements and strategic initiatives. This is youWe believe you are curious, analytical and eager to grow. Ideally, you have: A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.

g. , Master’s) is preferred0-2 years of experience in credit risk, finance or data analytics (internships or thesis work are also valuable)Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle and structure large sets of dataProgramming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similarAbility to communicate complex data and risk insights and present findings to various stakeholders within NordnetA hands-on mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality work within short time framesFluency in English in both speaking and writing, as English is the corporate languageAbout NordnettersWe value experimentation and continuous improvement.
