Healthcare Support Worker - Clinical Care - Virtual Ward

As a healthcare support worker you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their loved ones with remote monitoring equipment. Allowing them to recover and be treated in their own homes, and reduce their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities Provide education to patients on remote monitoring equipment Monitor patient observations and escalate concerns accordingly Provide remote support to patients via phone or video calls Assist with equipment set up and troubleshooting Document all care accurately using electronic systems Promote independence and wellbeing in patients Liaise with members of the multi-disciplinary teamJoin us at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and be part of a workforce of over 10,000 staff!The NNUH is one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, providing first-class acute care for around one million people, living in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
