Job DescriptionLearning Advisor (Digital) 8645 | Temporary contract until 3 July 2026 | £28,899 to £30,350 per annum (Scale I) | 29. 6 hours per week | County Hall, NorwichDo you have expertise in creating innovative digital solutions?We are looking for a dedicated digital learning advisor to create and develop learning content. You will be responsible for the planning, designing, creation and evaluation of a range of digital learning and development solutions for staff, across Adults and Children’s Services in Norfolk County Council.

Are you…a quick learner and able to manage your own workload? interested in supporting vulnerable people, families, and children; so you can create learning and development content for staff across social care, schools and communities?Able to use your initiative and work with minimal supervision?Knowledgeable about online digital learning methods a strong and visible communicator that can build a reputation as a trusted adviser to colleagues in our front-line services?curious and analytical when it comes to assessing how we continuously improve our learning service?.
