While exploring and experimenting with new technologies they also understand the importance of proper architectural choices and methodologies.
Each of our teams acts as a little ecosystem built to be autonomous - making their own decisions about technology choices and the development process. You will also be a part of our internal Developer community of inspiring and experienced specialists. ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and other technologies. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Apply best practices and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the applications.
Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process and enhance the functionality of the applications.
