ResponsibilitiesDesign modern and scalable data architectures that align with enterprise architecture, customer needs, and overall business strategyDefine data strategies and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Establish and enforce data standards, best practices, and architectural guidelinesDesign data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational processesContinuously explore new approaches and innovations in data solutionsLead by example, combining strategic thinking with hands-on executionWork closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignmentNurture a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharingSupport pre-sales and solution design, contributing to customer engagements and proposals.

QualificationsExperience in designing data architecture as part of overall enterprise architectureKnowledge of various data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehousesExperience with enterprise data strategiesExperience with Azure and on-premise data solutionsExperience in Spark-based lakehouse platforms, e. g. We are also a remote friendly company. Nortal’s offices are located in Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, Uusikaupunki, and Jyväskylä.
